Mediterranean Renovation
Mamaroneck, NY
Iconic Spanish Mediterranean architecture constructed in the 1920’s. Located in the Edgewater Point Association, originally developed by Henry M. Flager, a financial and railroad entrepreneur. The project consisted of a complete renovation with a mandate to expand the views to the sound. All interior spaces were redesigned and modernized, including raising the living room floor to enhance water views. Complete IT and back-up power sources were added. A new second level deck was added on the rear water facing elevation.
