W Bellevue Hotel

The hotel is part of the Lincoln Square and Bellevue Square projects and is adjacent to the existing Bellevue Art Museum.  The luxury hotel consisting of 245 keys, including 7 bespoke suites. The program has 10,000 sf of meeting space, two bars, and a restaurant. The W Hotel is located on the lower 10 floors of the tower with luxury residences above. The project also connects to the existing retail and hotels to the north and to the east via an active street level storefront, and a series of connecting bridges on the second floor.  The hotel component consists of 275,000 sf. The project is located in the heart of the Bellevue business district.
